The Extexuria Apartment
We converted the barn into a wonderful, self-sufficient apartment. It is 55m2 (180 sqft) and can accommodate up to four travelers. The space includes a large living room/dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds or one 180cm bed), and one bathroom/toilet. The apartment has been rated a 4-star rental by the Basque Tourism Office.
Outside, you can enjoy a picnic under the weeping willow and take full advantage of the relaxing surrounding and magnificent views of the nearby mountains and hills. We also have a grill available for use and free parking.

Covid Safety
In the event of cancellation imposed by the health crisis, your stay will be fully reimbursed.
In what concrete situations can a refund take place?
- If you cannot leave your place of residence or cannot stay at your place of vacation due to confinement, travel restrictions decided by the State or a competent local authority.
- If the borders of your country of residence or your country of destination are closed, or if a mandatory quarantine is imposed by the French authorities for travelers coming from your country of residence.
Hygiene and safety
In addition to an in-depth cleaning after every departure, an automatic 24-hour “sanitary break” between reservations has been put in place, so as to limit possible exposure to the virus.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
